Dani Taylor is a figure champion, the co-founder of VeganProteins.com and also co-founder of Team PlantBuilt, the largest team of vegan strength athletes in the world. She grew up in a very unhealthy household and reached 210 pounds by high school. After going vegan for ethical reasons, she began to lose weight and soon found a love of weight-lifting.
The combination of a plant based diet and lifting caused her to lose 80 pounds and turn her health around, eventually going on do win multiple figure competitions. Since then she has become a certified strength and conditioning coach and has coached hundreds of vegans on their own bodybuilding journeys.
